Candice Madison has worked in specialty coffee for almost 10 years. An accomplished barista, roaster and trainer, she teaches as an SCA AST on campuses around the world and at Global Expo and Roasters’ Guild Retreat events. Candice is currently the Director of Education at Irving Farm Coffee Roasters working to build and implement a new and comprehensive multi-level education system. She is a Q Grader Instructor for the Coffee Quality Institute and a past WCE judge.
