Prior to founding Briggo in 2008, Charles Studor was active in the technology industry for more than 25 years. Since 1981, Studor proved successful in various roles in the Semiconductor industry. Studor’s most recent role was Global IC Design Manager for a $1B business unit within Motorola/Freescale. Prior to this, Studor was the creator of the Austin Design Center for TriMedia (formerly Philips/Sony). Studor has several patents to his name.
Studor holds his BSEE/CE from The University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a past chairman of the board of the Austin Children’s Shelter at the time they constructed a new $14.5M campus. Studor has also been very active with philanthropic work in central Honduras where his coffee passion began, and has been active on additional boards including The Salvation Army.
