Anthony Nguyen is originally from Vietnam where he owned and operated a coffee farm. He then went to Germany where he started a coffee roasting business. Anthony sold that business and is now a barista at the Alkemisten Cafe in Gothenburg, Sweden. He runs classes on preparation and regularly competes as a barista, roaster, and latte artist.
