Laura Gonzalez has a Bachelor Degree in international commerce and has been living in Vancouver for almost two years now. Right now she is the Operations Manager for Sanremo Canada / Genius Equipment and she started to work in coffee a year and a half ago when she started to work for the company.

She already has the SCA foundation certificate and started Strong Women of Coffee because she wants to give a voice to the women in the coffee industry, a voice not only to talk about harassment or gender equality (which is also important) but more about their stories, their lives, fears, expectations, etc. She also wants people to know that women in the coffee industry are smart, bold and amazing.
