In this interview Dennis speaks with Holly Migliaccio who is a Co-Founders and Owner of Rook Coffee. The first shop was opened in Oakhurst. They have grown incredibly fast and now have 10 locations. Amazingly, they were able to do all this with a small amount of investments from family and friends, and without much traditional advertising. It was mostly through word of mouth.
